Principle of heat pipe

The principle of heat pipe technology is very simple. It USES evaporation and condensation of working fluid to transfer heat. The copper tube is vacuumed and filled with working fluid, which circulates repeatedly in the internal process of evaporation-condensation phase change, continuously transferring heat from the hot end to the cooling end, thus forming the heat transfer process from one end of the tube to the other end.

Generally, the heat pipe consists of shell, suction core and end cover. The heat pipe is pumped into a negative pressure state and filled with appropriate liquid, which has a low boiling point and is easy to volatilize. The tube wall has a suction core, which is composed of capillary porous materials. Evaporation heat pipe end to end, the other side of the cooling side, when the heat pipe end when heated, capillary rapid evaporation of liquid, steam flow under small pressure difference to the other side, and release heat, to condense into liquid, liquid along the porous material by the effect of capillary force flow back to evaporation section, so, more than heat by heat pipe at one end to the other side.
